‘So there he was, sitting and waiting to be let inside by someone who was never coming back.’: Abandoned in house move, local residents saved this Seattle velcro cat and found him a furever home with hooman who revealed the cat to be a cuddly love monster

The lives of cats are unfortunately much sadder than anyone would like to believe or be accountable for. At least for those felines who have not yet found their furever homes. Which was the case for the cat child featured in this story, who was abandoned like a piece of oversized furniture that couldn't make the house move when his pawrent had to change homes. Worse still, the cat was not made aware of what was happening and ended up spending days outside the door it once called home, crying for his pawrent to let him in.

Thankfully, a kind and caring couple of rescuers were on hand to step in and spare this poor catto from the cruelty that had been laid out before him and offer the forgotten feline a home that would never leave him behind. After two sleepless nights spent trying to convince the catto to come with them, the ordeal was over, and through a thorough vetting system, a new pawrent was found who would love this catto more than anyone else ever could.
